In honor of our first Brunch of the New Year, Chef Ryan and his team have been cooking up some great menu items sure to please everyone in your family.

Baker's Showcase to include an assortment of freshly baked rolls, coffee cakes, scones, fruit and cheese danish, just to name a few. Assorted cereals, granola and Greek yogurt.

Crispy Bacon and Roasted Breakfast Sausage, Smashed Breakfast Potatoes Amalfi (Roasted Red Peppers, Hot Peppers, Olives), Bacon and Asparagus Egg Scramble (Topped with Crumbled Goat Cheese and Hollandaise), Chambord and Berries French Toast (Flambéed Chambord, Assorted Berry Coulis, Fresh Whipped Cream)

Make Your Own Belgian Waffle Station accompanied with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, blueberries, maple syrup, honey
and creamery butter.

Chef Attended Omelet station with a variety of cheeses, seasonal vegetables and cured meats.
