GIVING BY SERVING THIS DECEMBER

Dec. 6 was a great day volunteering at North Texas Food Bank! Our UU Wednesday shift helped pack 384 boxes that will go to seniors in need. That equates to 8000 meals. A wonderful organization that helps folks who are uncertain of where their next meal will come from. Follow the link to learn more about opportunities to serve our neighbors in need this month.
A MESSAGE FROM REV. AARON WHITE

We live in a church tradition that is always looking for new truth. In theory, we’re willing to take the newest insights and wisdom into what it means to live well as humans and apply it to our daily and collective lives. In the midst of all of that, though, many traditional practices and stories remain. One of those is Christmas.
OUR CARING COMMUNITY

All joy to the Acomb family , who welcomed Luella Claire on Nov. 29.

Our thoughts are with Rita Patton's father-in-law James Goode as he deals with a brain tumor, and with Charles Vrabel , recovering from surgery.
