Principal Notes

Dear Parents,

Today and for the rest of the week, the temperature is expected to hit well over 100 degrees.  Although our students went outside for their recess breaks, we kept them inside for lunch and we will be conducting our end of the day dismissal inside.  You will know on any day if it is inside dismissal when you see the orange flag displayed outside.  On inside dismissal days you park your car and walk to your child's classroom to pick them up.  Kindergarten parents are allowed to go to the classroom at 2:30.  First through fifth grade parents are allowed to pick up from the classrooms at 2:45.  Junior High parents are allowed to go to the classrooms at 3:00.  If you have both younger and older children you can wait until the latest time to pick them up.

The inside dismissal schedule for Mondays is different.  Kindergarten can be picked up at 1:30 and First grade through Eighth grade at 2 pm.

Thank you and have a wonderful week,
Jennifer

It will be on the left hand side of the page.  We will be posting the parish hour guidelines in the next few weeks as well.

If you are new to the school, you should have received an email from me with instructions on how to register on the school site.  If you have not, please let me know, you can email me at [email protected] . FROM THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT
Hello All,

My name is Jason Weatherall and I am the new Athletic Director and 5th-8th PE Teacher. As I had the chance to meet some of you all on Meet the Teacher Day, a good number of you expressed interest in helping with the PE and/or volunteering to coach. I want to take this opportunity to put out an interest email in order to garner an idea of the possible volunteers for either capacity.

I value any way in which you can help; yourself, a name of a friend or family member, anything that helps to enrich the St. Philip experience for our young Falcons will be greatly appreciated. I have been made aware of service hours for certain types of volunteering. Please take time to click the blue link and fill out the attached  FORM . I look forward to your response.

All the Best and Go Falcons!
Coach Weatherall
