Reminders From Your Child:
I'm still just a KID | It's just a GAME | I TRUST my coach, you should too | The officials are HUMAN | I LEARN by doing and making mistakes | NO college scholarships will be handed out today | This is NOT the Olympics | Prepare me for the road, NOT
the road for me.

2017: The Year of the Jungle Tiger |
Do you remember Trevor Ragan and his Train Ugly manifesto? We were so pumped to have him as part of our 2016, we thought we would share a note from him as we enter 2017...
Muscles grow from
resistance.
And...
We learn to deal with adversity by
falling down.
We find new solutions when we
make mistakes and fail.
We learn to
adapt when we face
change.
We grow when we
face challenges and struggle.
So...
I wish you a 2017 full of falls, changes, mistakes, failures, challenges, and struggle - a year full of
Jungle Tiger moments, a year of growth.
You are more powerful than you know.
You are a learning machine.
Go get your Jungle Tiger on and Train Ugly.
Remember - you can't acquire the skill without the main ingredient.
-Trev

Reminders From the USAV Officials Commission |
Although there are no changes to the USA Voleyball Domestic Competition Regulations (Rulebook) for the 2016-17 season, we want all members to be aware of some rule interpretations and reminders.
To help communicate this, USAV has created a short (5 minute) module on VolleyRefTraining.com that can be accessed
here.
Enjoy!
