KlezCalifornia Klezmer Workshop & Jam

At Urban Adamah, in Berkeley
in the yurt!
Taught by Dmitri Gaskin, this workshop will include learning tunes with authentic klezmer style, and end with a traditional jam. No klezmer experience needed (but it doesn't hurt!). Must be at least intermediate level on your instrument. Mute required if you are a brass player. Optional: recording device. To get a head start, check out
sheet music and/or sound files in advance.
