Dear Friends,

This month RWF celebrated our 16th anniversary. Since 2000, RWF has distributed $4.3 million in grants and life saving aid to help both LGBT and non-LGBT people affected by natural disasters, hunger, poverty, disease, oppression and war.

Why Your Gift Matters

Here are some highlights of our work this year that your generous donations made possible:

  • Aid for survivors of Pulse night club shooting in Orlando
  • Shelter for Ugandan LGBTQ refugees seeking safety
  • Compassionate care for hospice patients in San Francisco
  • Resettlement of LGBTQ refugees from Iraq and Syria
  • Safe shelter for transgender women in Central America
  • Support for HIV positive children and human rights in Cuba
  • Landmine clearance in Cambodian
  • Safe drinking water access for villages in Honduras
  • Health-care for HIV/AIDS orphans in South Africa
  • Humanitarian and medical aid following natural disaster
Your continued support allows us to accomplish our three primary goals - to provide humanitarian aid to communities in need; to increase awareness within the LGBTQ community of the need for these aid efforts; and to change how the world sees LGBTQ people by demonstrating our compassion and caring for the world.

Please continue to be a part of the LGBTQ community's response and make an online contribution to RWF today or mail your donation to Rainbow World Fund, 4111 - 18th Street #5, San Francisco, CA 94114.

Your gift of $50, $100, $500, $1,000, or more will mean that those at home or in far-distant lands will feel the support of the LGBTQ community.
