Struggling with parenthood? Feel you often get it wrong?
Supervising Hoffman Teacher Eliza Meredith and parenting coach Michelle Matthews are delighted to be offering a series of Hoffman-based parenting workshops to bring deeper awareness, enjoyment and rhythm to parenting.
The first two foundation workshops will take place in London on the weekend of
25 & 26 February, with Saturday's training focusing on the specific challenges and joys of parenting children aged 12 and under and Sunday's workshop examining the world of teenagers.
Come on your own or as a couple. These workshops are open to all, whether you have done the Hoffman Process or not.
