Stranded color work is a technique used in many knitting traditions. It is a technique in which you are using multiple strands and colors to create a pattern or image on your knitted fabric. By alternating your stitches in each color and following a chart, you can put practically any design in your knitted piece!
In this one session class we will talk about how to read a chart, what floats are and how to comfortably work two colors at once. A hat is the perfect canvas to experiment with and this one features some common motifs you will find as accents in many stranded knitting patterns.
