The CHRO: The Cure for the Common CEO

For top CEO's, employees are their greatest asset, retention is a top priority, and their CHRO is trusted a partner.

How often is your Senior HR Executive or Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) present at the Executive table? Are they considered an equal partner within the C-Suite, or are they involved on an "as-needed" basis?
