Book Club

Do you love to read? Want to talk about books you've read with other kids? Then come to our brand new Book Club on Saturday, January 14 from 10:00-11:00 or Tuesday, January 17 from 4:00- 5:00. Snacks will be served. This program is recommended for kids in grades 3-6.


Take-Apart

Have you ever wondered what the inside of your appliances or computers look like?  Kids in grades 1 and up (grades 1 & 2 with adult) are invited to the library's Take-Apart program on Saturday, January 14 at 11:00 am . Register at library.dover.nh.gov or 516-6050 .

Makerspace Grand Opening

Saturday, January 21,  9:00-5:00

Stop in anytime during the day to check out our brand new  Makerspace, generously funded by a grant from Walmart. Participate in mini-classes and building challenges. The official ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 1:00 pm followed by cake.

Music with benjii


Join us on Friday, January 6, 13, 20, and 27 at 11:00 am for this joyful family music program. Everyone is   welcome to sing, dance, and play instruments.

Join us on January 7, 14, and 28 for Lego Saturdays. Use our LEGOs to build and create. Meet new friends and share your ideas. Work on interesting challenges and have fun!
 
 
 
Paws for Reading

Murphy, a certified     therapy dog, and her handler, Karen, will be in the children's room on S aturday, January 7 from 10:00 am-11:00 am. Murphy is a great listener and very patient with         beginning readers.
 

Artistic Happenings 

Creation Station 
 
Children of all ages are invited to make a snowman paper bag puppet at the Creation Station anytime between January 23-29.
