Sprint has executed a lease for 2,500 square feet in the East Side Square, located at 140 Tuttle Road in Springfield, Ohio. This center is shadow anchored by Walmart and includes other retailers such as Pet Valu, The Shoe Dept., Great Clips and GameStop. Geico Insurance agreed to lease a 1,865 square foot space at the Commons at Clark Hall in Gahanna, Ohio. The Commons at Clark Hall is a 22,800 square foot upscale center. This store will join a complimentary tenant mix such as Chipotle, AT&T, Smashburger, Panera and Rusty Bucket.
