. The property sits at the intersection of North High Street and East North Broadway. Michael Nolan, a Principal, and Carlton Dargusch, a Senior Associate with the Gilbert Group, represented the Landlord in the transaction.

Anytime Fitness recently executed a lease for 4,970 square feet at Turnberry Court, located at 2041 Turnberry Court in Grove City, Ohio. CAM Group USA Inc., is an affiliate of CAM International which operates as an International Grocery. This center is shadow anchored by Walmart and includes other retailers such as Pet Valu, The Shoe Dept., Great Clips and GameStop. Geico Insurance agreed to lease a 1,865 square foot space at the Commons at Clark Hall in Gahanna, Ohio. The Commons at Clark Hall is a 22,800 square foot upscale center. This store will join a complimentary tenant mix such as Chipotle, AT&T, Smashburger, Panera and Rusty Bucket.
