The Community Land Trust (CLT) makes ownership possible to people who are at or just below median incomes. The magic is in a ground lease held in trust by the community through a nonprofit board. Jean Diaz, executive director of the San Diego CLT, will describe all the details and the first 25 CLT homes to be built in 2017.

Stewardship Update
We're on our way! Our Courageous Journey events are over, and we are well on our way towards our Courageous Goal! Thank you to our over 240 pledgers who have pledged so far. We hope to gather about $210,000 more in the next few weeks.  St. Paul's strives to be a part of God's ongoing restoration of the world. We commit to being courageous in a world full of fear, looking forward with hope to God's ongoing plan of salvation. In 2017, we believe that a few things that God is calling us to do are: Develop an alternative worship service in order to reach a larger congregation; bring on a part-time youth minister to create programming for our young members; and enrich our community life with more small groups. We can't meet these goals without your help! If you have not pledged  yet, we ask you to pledge today and be part of a hopeful future. Simply take a pledge card from the pew rack Sunday and make your pledge, or pledge online at  stpaulcathedral.org/pledgenow
