I oversee the operations of the company, bringing together the right people and resources to support the day-to-day functions of the organization. I try to develop others so they can succeed and the firm can continue to thrive.

You cannot change or control others actions, you can only control your reaction.
What is the greatest challenge you have had to overcome in your life thus far?
Probably the challenge of being a single mom for my son's first 2-3 years. Fortunately, I ended up finding a wonderful man who adopted him and has been an awesome father to him and our two girls.
Where is your favorite place to vacation?
There's only a handful of places I've gone to more than once. I like to switch it up - from big cities like NY and Chicago to beaches in Florida, or enjoying nature in places like the Smokey Mountains.
What is your favorite hobby?
A new favorite hobby is playing darts. The older I get, the less coordinated I seem to be; but, I believe I've found something I'm pretty decent at!
What is the best book you have ever read? I loved
The Alchemist and To Kill a Mockingbird.
Are you involved with any charities or non-profits?
Most of my involvement has come through ARGI participation in various charitable events. I've participated in the Polar Plunge for the last 4 years to raise money for Special Olympics. We make a party out of it every year.
Number one thing on your bucket list?
Going to Greece.
What would you do (for a career) if you weren't doing this?
House-flipping. I love both interior designing and landscaping - and making money doing it would be a bonus!
If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
A sports writer assigned to covering the Dallas Cowboys.
What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?
Learn from every experience you have in life - the good and the bad and things will all turn out well in the end.
How do you define success?
Knowing I'm contributing to someone else's growth.
