Are you a Leadership Challenge® alumni from either time spent with Steve Coats at Camp Joy, or with Valarie Willis over the past 5 years? If so, are you ready to re-inspire yourself to lead more effectively? Are you curious to see how your Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership have progressed? Then this is the one-day refresher course that's perfect for you!
You'll experience Camp Joy in the start of fall, and the "out of your seat" activities are structured to allow all to participate.
Registration fee includes the LPI, all food, beverages, facilitated exercises, and fire pit time!
You'll have an opportunity to:
- take the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) again, and it will be compared to your most recent results
- reconnect with classmates, others who went through The Leadership Challenge
- discuss progress, challenges, opportunities as leaders as we share at the fire pit
