Welcome Back
Our first full day of the new school year begins tomorrow and if you're not excited, that's OK.  I'm excited enough for all of us!  It is our 20th anniversary and I am convinced that God has plans to bless us this year beyond our hopes or expectations.

I enjoyed visiting with many of you on Friday evening at our Back to School Bash.  Thank you to Alicia Gant and all of Parent Council for helping us with this and so many other Academy functions.  We love and appreciate you!

Dropping your child off for the first day of school can evoke a wide range of emotion.  Whether happy, sad, or somewhere in between, I hope you'll plan to stick around for some coffee and fellowship, followed by our annual convocation service at 8:30 a.m. in the sanctuary.  It's a fantastic way to begin your day and our year.  I'll see you there!

Blessings,

Jim R. Callis
Head of School

2016 - 2017 Annual Report of Donors
We are making great progress on the 2016 - 2017 Annual Report of Donors to be published this fall.  It is incredibly important to us that we appropriately and accurately recognize every donor.

WE NEED YOUR HELP . . .
  • This week, every donor will receive a letter containing information about their 2016 - 2017 gifts.  Please be on the lookout.
  • When you receive your letter, please check your name and giving level for accuracy and follow the instructions if you’d like to make any changes or be recognized as an anonymous donor.
  • If you participated in the 2016 - 2017 Annual Fund and DO NOT receive a letter, please contact Alison Stephens at alison.stephens@mtbethelchristian.org or 678-202-4056.

Thank you once again for your support of the Annual Fund!

Announcements

New Procedure for the Early Eagle Program

All Lower School students who arrive at school prior to the 7:50 a.m. morning bell will need to go to our Early Eagle Program which will be held in the Academy Library.  There is no charge for this program

All students who attend the Early Eagle Program must be accompanied into the building by a parent/guardian where they will need to sign in each day.

Lower School students may not be dropped off to enter the building by themselves prior to 7:50 a.m.  Lower School students must either be walked in by a parent/guardian and be signed in to the Early Eagle Program or wait in their cars until Academy staff are stationed in the carpool line, which begins unloading cars at 7:50 a.m.
