MIC Test Strip (MTS) HEAR courses comprise an interactive two day session with lectures and laboratory work. An international faculty interacts with 30 participants from several Countries. HEAR allows for effective exchange of clinical experiences and expertise among clinicians, pharmacists and microbiologists with the patient's need utmost in mind. MIC Test Strip™ is a quantitative assay for determining the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (M.I.C.) of antimicrobial agents against microorganisms and for detecting resistance mechanisms. MIC Test Strip™ are patented porous strips with special features that are impregnated with a predefined concentration gradient of antibiotic, across 15 two-fold dilutions of a conventional M.I.C. method.
We produce an extensive range of dehydrated and ready to use culture media in tubes, bottles or plates, suitable for both clinical and industrial microbiology including the cosmetic industry, which are shipped from Liofilchem's facility in Italy to over 100 countries internationally.
