Highlights from the K Show

The K show was a resounding success. We had an unprecedented number of visitors to our booth along with great  interest on MuCell Engineering from almost all automotive OEM's.

Trexel has formed a new cooperation agreement with the Engineering company GK Concept GmbH, of Dresden, Germany.  GK Concept, as a partner of the global MuCell engineering network, will support customer specific projects in developing MuCell lightweight components.

Running shoe manufacturing is a science - blending the right form, function and materials to achieve the highest performance and fit. Trexel has helped New Balance achieve greater performance by incorporating Mucell technology in the development of their running shoe components. And New Balance helped Trexel staff endure the long days of the K show - can you spot the Trexel staff in this photo? Hint - look for these!

The successful partnership between Sorcole and Trexel is being intensified in the area of visible foamed parts. Beginning in 2017, in a cooperation that includes Milacron, the first 2K-M monosandwich machine with MuCell technology will be installed with Sorcole and available for customer trials and samples.
