Tempe-based online used car retailer Carvana Co. is finally launching its free, as-soon-as next-day delivery service today in the Phoenix metro area. After selling its first car online in March 2013 as a way to disrupt the traditional car-buying experience, Carvana has launched a local presence in 32 other markets, from Atlanta and Dallas, to Washington D.C. and Detroit.

By a number of measures, the multifamily sector continues to defy expectations of 'cooling down' over the second half of the year and loan origination projections for multifamily property is now projected to grow for the rest of 2017 and into 2018, according to new analysis from Freddie Mac and Kroll Bond Rating Agency analysis of Freddie Mac lending.

Popular German grocer Aldi could be scoping out locations for nine stores in the Phoenix market as it enters Arizona’s crowded supermarket arena. Multiple real estate sources say Aldi is looking around the Phoenix area for potential stores. Aldi spokeswoman Liz Ruggles also confirmed the Germany-based chain is “exploring opportunities in Arizona s well as multiple other markets from coast to coast.”
