I live in Sevierville, Tn., not far from the Smoky Mountain National Park. The

recent fires in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge filled the sky line around where I lived. Two fire trucks sat a block away from my house, ready to fight the fire when and if it came into our neighborhood. It was quite frightening and my husband prepared the car in case we needed to evacuate. Luckily, we didn't, but several of my friends did. Please keep our area in your good thoughts and prayers this month as rebuilding begins.
