And for the 2 that criticized me and said that I was a failure, etc. ... I disagree with you, and I pray for you.
IMO ... many contracts ... over the weekend ... were PAID ... by the IMF.
This was a BIG 4-day weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) ... and they declared January 2nd to be an official holiday. AGAIN ... that's another 4-day weekend. Humm.

Greg Steube JC, How does Brazil fit into this picture? I don't know the business, but a quick Google tells me it is also a heavier grade. The recent ousting of Dilma by Temer, probably with U.S. help, should also be an alternate.
It appears to me that as U.S. hegemony gives way to a multipolar world in Europe and ME that continuing dominance in Central and South America is being secured. A better understanding of how all the regional grades of crude play into this helps clarify the picture. Thank you for your insights.

Arthur: Along with all the requisite political and banking reforms, the equation was, is and always has been GOI + HCL = RV.
With all the current proxy positions, rather the GOI is adequately complete for the UST is debatable but all indication are they are satisfied with the fulfillment of that variable of the equation.
As for the HCL further progress is scheduled for Wednesday 12/28 after which we should be able to determine if there has been adequate progress to warrant a release of all remaining sanctions for Chap VIII and a subsequent rate increase necessary to satisfy the 2017 budget in Iraq...
As of this post the PTB is still on schedule for early 2017.

Scotchie: The one thing Frank said that I remember is that the price of the dinar will go up against the dollar within the next three days.
This was not the RV, from what I could tell.
Frank also mentioned that Kuwait will agree, or may agree, to a payback from Iraq, which would help Iraq get totally out of Article VII.
If anyone differs, please say so, as I did not catch everything. Thanks
