Coming up next week.... one of our favorite events of the school year is
Grandparents Day. This year Grandparents Day will be held on Friday, November 17th. Our day begins with Mass at 8:15 followed by a performance and light breakfast. School dismissal will be at 11:00. Please see details
here.
New this year, we would love to have pictures of our students grandparents to show throughout the day. It's not too late to send your pictures to
[email protected] or make a copy of your picture and send it to the school office. Please do not send any original pictures.
Thank you for your support of the
St. Thomas More Parish Food Pantry! Our Student Council was able to assemble over 30 bags for families in need. Your generosity is very appreciated. All students who participated by bringing in items to donate are allowed a
jeans pass tomorrow, November 8th. Students who bring in their item to homeroom first thing in the morning will be allowed a jeans pass on November 8th as well.
Steps for Students will be here before you know it. We have many fun events planned until race day. Check out our Steps For Students section below for details. In the meantime, lace up your running/walking shoes and
register today!

Steps for Students is a fun, family friendly way to support our school as we come together with Catholic Schools from the entire Archdiocese of Galveston Houston. If you have not been able to attend a previous Steps for Students, please strongly consider registering this year. The event is truly a family event. Come spend the morning with friends and classmates from STM as well as from other Catholic Schools.
Steps is a
fundraising event for our school. Participating schools keep 100% of the funds they raised. We have many fun activities planned from now until race day on
Saturday, February 17, 2018. First and foremost we need families to
register. You can register online, or if you would like the school to register you, see registration details
here. Join the many people already registered, including Fr. Hai, Mrs. Thome, Mrs. Izard, Mrs. Felton, Ms. Coltharp, Mrs. Vodehnal and many more .
All those registered by this Friday 11/10/17 will receive a visit and a special visit to their homeroom from Thomas The Tiger!

Don't miss out on the fun!!! This weekend is our
1st Annual Tiger Family Camp Out. Check-in begins at 5:30pm on Friday, November 10th and the fun ends Saturday at 10:00am. Early registration end tomorrow November 8th. Price increase after 11/8! This event is for all family members (no pets). No Tent, No Problem! You are welcome to join us for dinner and the movie and leave before the gates are locked at 10pm. The success of our programs and events at STM depend heavily on our parent volunteers. Please consider volunteering when called upon by PAWS (Parents Active With STM). Our children are the beneficiaries of your volunteered time.
