FEI November Meeting
Our November meeting included a Cybersecuirty Panel of experts. The experts were Jeff Jensen, Partner with Husch Blackwell; David Hartley, Principal with UHY LLP; Mark Polzin Senior VP & Senior Partner, with Fleishman Hillard; and Ian Patterson former CIO with Scottrade.
The discussion focused on adjusting to the reality that cyber incidents are going to happen and to be prepared on what actions you will need to take.

Evaluating the Impact of the 2016 Presidential Election

Revised EEO-1 Report Revised Additional Data Reporting
September 29,2016, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced a revised EEO-1 Report. Private employers and federal contractors with 100 or more employees must submit summary wage data and aggregate hours worked data. The EEOC expects the expanded data from the EEO-1 Report to improve its investigations into pay discrimination based on sex, race, and ethnicity.
