All In partners include the Community Health Peer Learning (CHP) Program, Data Across Sectors for Health (DASH), the BUILD Health Challenge, the Public Health National Center for Innovations (PHNCI), and the Colorado Health Foundation - Connecting Communities and Care.

What Will You BUILD? 2.0 Kick Off Convening Highlights

The BUILD Health Challenge welcomed its new cohort of 19 communities during a two-day long convening in Washington, DC. Everyone who attended, including funders, speakers, and partners of BUILD, all united together with the common goal of improving community health.

Join All In for the next project showcase webinar, which will include presenters from Allegheny County Health Department and Vanderbilt University, each actively working to leverage multiple big data streams and apply advanced analytics to better identify public health issues, prioritize interventions, and allocate resources to meet community needs.


Video Hangout: Sharing Data Between Hospitals and Food Pantries
December 5 from 3:00 - 3:30 pm ET

All In is starting a new series of interactive, 30-minute "video hangout" sessions. The first hangout will be hosted by the DASH team from the  Parkland Center for Clinical Innovation, which is developing a network of health care and community-based organizations in the Dallas region that are sharing information to improve the nutrition of patients with chronic diseases. Project staff will be on hand to answer questions about their challenges and solutions.

This training seminar, led by All In co-founder Alison Rein and other city, state, and national experts, will explore the use of data and evidence in advancing city issues through the effective engagement of cross-sector stakeholders.

Cleveland Healthy Home Data Collaborative

This BUILD initiative is grounded in neighborhood community engagement that enables easy access to collaborative, useful information to address health disparities - with a focus on asthma and lead poisoning. Geocoded housing data relevant to determinants of health is analyzed and prioritized to provide risk-stratified, place-based information.
