All In partners include the Community Health Peer Learning (CHP) Program, Data Across Sectors for Health (DASH), the BUILD Health Challenge, the Public Health National Center for Innovations (PHNCI), and the Colorado Health Foundation - Connecting Communities and Care.

The BUILD Health Challenge welcomed its new cohort of 19 communities during a two-day long convening in Washington, DC. Everyone who attended, including funders, speakers, and partners of BUILD, all united together with the common goal of improving community health.

Video Hangout: Sharing Data Between Hospitals and Food Pantries
December 5 from 3:00 - 3:30 pm ET
All In is starting a new series of interactive, 30-minute "video hangout" sessions. The first hangout will be hosted by the DASH team from the
Parkland Center for Clinical Innovation, which is developing a network of health care and community-based organizations in the Dallas region that are sharing information to improve the nutrition of patients with chronic diseases. Project staff will be on hand to answer questions about their challenges and solutions.
