PBOT Waives Block Party Permit Fee East of 82nd and in Cully

If you reside on or East of 82nd Ave., or live in the Cully neighborhood, your Block Party Permit qualifies for a special fee waiver. You will not be required to pay a permit fee. Find the nearest location to pick up and return the street barricades for your party.

Neighbors Help with Message

The photo shows volunteers from the Hollywood neighborhood at the Hollywood Transit Center in June. The group joined TriMet to collect mementos left by the public and to hang a new banner created by the mother of Taliesin Myrddin Namkai-Meche Place.

Community Grant Opportunities

The City of Portland has new grant opportunities - $350,000 Portland United Against Hate grants; $650,000 for youth, arts/culture, economic, and community health opportunities grants. The deadline for both grant allocations is August 15th. Read more.
