Dear Members of the Thacher Montessori Community:

 

For the past several weeks, Beth Dietz and Peter Philip, our search consultants from Carney, Sandoe & Associates, have been gathering application materials and conducting initial interviews with candidates seeking to be Thacher's next Head of School.

This week, the search committee will begin to review the materials submitted by the strongest candidates identified thus far. Later in November, the committee will meet with the consultants to select a small group of candidates who will then interview with the committee in December. The names of the candidates will remain confidential until the selection of an even smaller group of finalists, who will be announced in early January.

 

Overall, we are confident that this process is working well. Thank you again for your support of Thacher Montessori School.
