On Saturday, August 5 our church is hosting the second annual Ready, Set, Go event to help children in our community receive required health screenings and school supplies. Volunteers are needed to welcome families and help them through the screenings from 9:30-Noon. Please contact Rae Myles: rmyles@nfumc.org for details and to volunteer!

National Missions has scheduled a return trip to Appalachia in October! 
 The team will return to Jonesville Virginia on October 22 - 27, and the cost is $325. The team will consist of men and women, no specific skills are required. Namibia Mission Trip
Our Namibia team arrived safely on Saturday! Our pastor Eddie Bradford was able to baptize a young lady and lead worship on Sunday! The team is doing well and asks that we continue praying for God's guidance during their time in Namibia.
