Getting back in the swing!


It's holiday time for our clients - but also for many of us who choose to be away at this time of year.

When you come back from holiday, sometimes it can be hard to get your head back in the zone. It takes a few days to clear your desk and find your feet again.

However, we have the next SPAA event to look forward to - the annual golf day, which is quite close to my heart not just because I'm a keen golfer, but it's also being held at my home course of Lanark on 24th August. Please see further details below.

The reigning champion is Pauline Hill of Rosemount Travel, who will no doubt be mounting a spirited defence of her title. Whilst Colin Clarke's 'Delta One' Airlines team will be doing likewise in the team event.

So whether you are a duffer, hacker or ace golfer, dust those clubs down, get back in the swing and get your name down for a fun day out! Not only will there be birdies, eagles and bogeys, but there are also some fabulous prizes on offer too from our main sponsor Raj Mistry of Carrier.

Once again it's time for you come along - either individually or with a team - to our popular annual SPAA Golf Day!

The event will start with the traditional bacon rolls from 11.00am and tee off times will be from 12.00noon.  The presentation of prizes will take place in the
Clubhouse after High Tea

The cost for the event including bacon rolls, golf and High Tea is £50 per person
