Our HMIS system ServicePoint, is not currently working.
Errors seem to range from ClientPoint searches to ART reports. The Data Center has escalated this issue and MCAH is working on a solution. The details of how far this is impacting current data entry is unclear. The Data Center will update you as soon as more information or a solution is identified.
As a reminder, the paper forms for HMIS data collection have recently changed and now is a perfect time to ensure your agency has up-to-date copies.
