• Breathing techniques to help you focus and get in touch with your Animal Spirit Guide.
• How you and your Animal Spirit Guide can talk with and listen to each other.
   

Bring along:

• Three colour photos of three different animals still with us. The photos must clearly show the face and especially the eyes of the animal which must make eye contact with the person looking at the photo.
• Pen and paper.
• An open mind

• Course manual - yours to take home after the workshop.
