Christmas Day Class with Amy  
& New Years Day with Carolyn 

Amy Johnson will be teaching 10:30am on Christmas, 
 Sunday Dec. 25th  and 
Carolyn Wheat will be teaching New Years Day, 
Sunday,  January 1st at 10:30am

         Both classes will focus on breath work, mediation, 
and gentle  movement, customized for attendees.
 
All other classes canceled for the Holiday  
(Lanita will be traveling until January 15th)

Slow-Flow Tuesday Nights
with Amberly (New AGW Teacher!)

 
Experience  Amberly Rowland 's new Slow Flow yoga class starting Tuesday's on January 3rd from 4:00-5:00pm.

This Slow Flow yoga class is designed to guide us through a more traditional yoga sequence in a mindful way. It focuses on the breath and asks the body "does this feel right for me"? The breath directs the movement in this one hour blue level class and builds heat and strength in the body. Slow Flow challenges us to pause and check in with ourselves. Meditative in nature, it builds on A Gentle Way's MIMSY philosophy while adding more advanced and traditional asana at slower, safer pace. Participants should be able to easily move from sitting to standing, rest comfortably on hands and knees, and be familiar with basic modifications for their own bodies.
