What an amazing treat to have the inspired Chefs and Associates that we do at Elite Cuisine. These talented individuals and teams can make anything from small artistic gems that capture our imaginations, to entire tables of delicious artistry that tastes even better than it looks!

 

Each year everyone is delighted by the creative talent that we have on our culinary teams. They make each season, meeting or event special because of their creativeness and attention to detail.

 

2016 was amazing, we look forward to what new creations the Chefs and Staff will surprise us with in 2017.

Elite Cuisine's Chef Kyle Williams shows that Corporate America has an appetite for more sophisticated delicacies.

Our uniquely trained and talented chefs are able to get the freshest sushi grade fish to our restaurants, and this has opened a new chapter in culinary artistry for our Chef Kyle. When he recently had Kona Tuna, Kona Salmon, and Wahine Tuna flow in, it lead to a sell-out special that surprised even the Chef.

The Hawaiian Poke Bowls were offered with a base of steamed asian style brown sushi rice, fresh lettuce, and topping choices that included cucumber, carrots, edamame, scallions, radish, raw jalapeno, raw red onions, pickled ginger, wasabi, yen & yang sesame seeds, and wasabi peas. Then your choice of sauces including Spicy Mayo, Wasabi Sauce, Sweet Hoisin, C itrus Teriyaki, and G luten Free Soy Sauce.
 
The success of the Hawaiian Poke bowls will lead to more exciting menus for our clients, and make the Elite Cuisine experience even more exclusive.

Award Recipient.
 
The board stated, in a glowing recommendation, "Brooke is always smiling, working and the dining room is spotless.  She always represents herself well.  She will do whatever you ask and is genuinely concerned that you as the customer are happy and taken care of.  She works so hard all the time.  On a side note, when Brad and I let Brooke know she was nominated by the Board of Directors, she was so happy her smile went from ear to ear.  You could tell it meant the world to her to be nominated.  Brooke is Elite Cuisine.   When given the award, Brooke commented that she never thought she could win and that it means so much to her!  I was honored to present this award to Brooke.  To Brooke, thank you for adding a smile to my day!" Congratulations to Frankie Hall for being our 4th Quarter Elite Cuisine Customer Service Award Recipient.
 
Frankie is a very personable, consistent and takes extreme pride in everything she does. She also takes care of our customers and makes sure they are well taken care of. She is always willing to help out wherever needed, you don't even have to ask her she takes it on herself. Since coming over to this account she has brought with her the drive to push other employees to do a better job and bring new ideas to the account. The nominee for the this quarter at American Century is, Tasha Hull, she is an exemplary employee that gives outstanding customer service, works hard and preforms diligently, has a positive attitude, and can be relied upon to perform her own duties as well as lending a hand to others when it is needed.
Our company's bedrock is that we are ELITE and will give our customers superior service compared to all our competitors. What helps make us elite is our attention to details; this employee works hard a making sure that all products that go out are elegantly presented; she makes sure that all food is garnished and looks appetizing. She give outstanding customer service. The clients rave about her and enjoy working with her. If they have questions, comments, or concerns they will seek her out directly to get her input and solicit her for advice. She is proud of the work that she does and will not settle for anything but excellence. If something does not meet our standards she insures that it is brought to attention to be fixed or fixes it herself.  She keeps her area of responsibility organized in order that she can expedite her work more easily and speedily.  All of this makes her a more reliable and consistent employee. She can be expected to come in early and work late when needed. There is not any concern that something she is responsible for will not be done in a timely and proper manner.
