PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Dr. Ray

It is hard to believe that we are half way through the school year. Thank you parents for supporting your students this semester; we appreciate your encouragement and your students' dedication in finishing the semester strong.

On behalf of the faculty and staff at GOC, we wish all of you a happy Holiday Season and a healthy and prosperous New Year!

The first official day of second semester classes for all GOC students begins on January 17. The regular Learning Lab schedule will also resume that week. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to school ready to
"Power their Potential"!

GOC SPRING SEMESTER COURSE ACCESS IMPORTANT CHANGE!!

Students will have access to all courses for 2nd semester beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, January 13, 2017.
  • Students will need to complete the Orientation Unit in their HOMEROOM
  • Students will need to submit the following in each
    individual COURSE
    1) Student Information Sheet
    2) Orientation Quiz
This is a change from 1st semester. Due to changes made by Desire 2 Learn, students must take the quiz in each class to access content. It should only take students a few minutes to complete this task in each course. GOC appreciates your understanding that this is an unavoidable step in the process to release the course content.

If students do NOT submit their information sheet and do NOT take the orientation quiz, they will not be able to access their course content.

Please check your course news announcements for further details.
