The Community Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the implementation of the Meaningful Engagement Project and identifying and implementing strategies to enhance programs within the organization that will improve community culture and support meaningful engagement of seniors. Jewish Family Services' program Edmonton Healing Centre for Grief and Loss is once again offering its group series this fall. 

Roads to Healing is an introductory 2-hour session where grief, self-care, and coping strategies are explored. For those wanting to pursue group counselling, there is the 7-week Navigating the Rivers of Grief series. Finding Meaning, Finding Me is a level two, 7-session, group series for those who have completed a Navigating the Rivers Series and are wanting to continue to explore their grief journey and healing.
