DARE Graduation
Thank you to all the families who were able to join us for our 5th grade DARE graduation ceremony in the Gym this afternoon. Investing into the lives of kids is a total team effort, and your partnership is deeply appreciated. We feel very fortunate that students were able to work so closely with Officer Sara, and feel confident that the conversations and teaching will empower them as citizens, bystanders, and leaders. Congratulations to all of our students for successfully completing the DARE program!
Creativity and PE
Several of our Physical Education students collaborated on a very creative video project. You can check out their one minute video HERE. The video is being submitted to the "Fuel Up & Play 60" grant program. We're hoping that our school has a chance to earn some extra fitness supplies from the grant. (Even if we don't earn the grant, we know that kids ROCKED the project and had a blast creating the video with Mr. Gostomski.)
Kind regards,
Brad Gustafson, Principal
