Vincent appointed CEO of Human Services Department

Cristal Vincent was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Human Services Department of the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation on July 1, 2017. Cristal has a diverse background in healthcare and has worked for the Human Services Department in the capacity of Assistant Administrator and Administrator for the past five years. She will head Heritage Manor, a skilled nursing facility; Levy Gardens, an assisted living; and Jewish Family Services, a generic social service agency. Cristal succeeds Gary Weiss, who will be retiring at the end of this year after almost 42 years of service to the Youngstown Jewish community.
