The PARENT PORTAL OPENED
August 1st!!!
Please use the portal to update your student's personal information and print out the mandatory district and school site forms needed for the Annual Walk-Through Registration process.  Just follow the step-by-step online procedure once you log-in.  

Print the data confirmation completion page and bring it to the walk through registration.

Volunteers Needed!

In order to make sure that Walk-Through Registration runs smoothly, we need your support and are seeking  volunteers to help throughout the day. 

If available, please RSVP by Friday, August 11th by clicking here!
This is a list of recommended donations for your child's classroom.  These are not required items, but any and all donations are greatly appreciated!  Donations will supplement classroom materials and supplies.
Missing Enrollment Paperwork
You must have all missing or required enrollment paperwork turned in (which may include proof of residency, Declarations, physicals, immunization boosters, etc.) in order to be placed in a classroom for the 2017-2018 school year. You have been notified if you are missing any of these items.

Posting of Class Lists
Class lists will be posted on Monday, August 21, 2017 by 3:00 p.m. on the Aeries Parent Portal.

8/19           Kindergarten Playdate 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (playground TBD due to construction)

9/28            Proctor School CVUSD Board Presentation @ 7:00 p.m.

* If you cannot attend the scheduled Walk-Through Registration times next week, please contact our secretary Mrs. Richey to coordinate an alternate time to drop off your registration materials.
** Due to a high number of possible elementary enrollment changes district-wide, we will have student class postings available in Aeries no later than 6 p.m. rather than the 3 p.m. that was stated previously.
