Incubator Open House - September 20th
Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind opportunity to see one of the oldest and largest incubators in the country!  ICNC's 416,000 square foot incubator is home to over 100 small businesses from many industries including food and beverage, apparel, creative services, and more! L earn about their products and services and meet the entrepreneurs as you explore the building at your own pace or take part in a guided tour.

Help us celebrate our 50th anniversary and learn about future plans for the incubator. Join us afterwards at a BBQ for networking and socializing.

ICNC Boat Cruise a Highlight of Summer!
ICNC set sail on its sold out Annual Boat Cruise aboard the Anita Dee II on July 19th! 250 guests, including incubator companies and community members, enjoyed the beautiful weather, networking, food and drinks, and music. Small Business Development Workshop with Senator Tammy Duckworth - August 15th
Join the office of U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth as it hosts panelists from the Small Business Administration (SBA), Small Business Advocacy Center (SBAC), the Minority Business Development Agency, and the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership. The event will feature a panel discussion led by Senator Tammy Duckworth regarding federal and local resources available to small businesses, a Q&A, and more.

Photography Tips & Tricks For Social Media Marketing - August 16th
Everyone is always talking about social media, but how do you use it effectively? Jeff Delacruz, co-founder of Products on White Photography, will review some key tips to improving your social presence online with better photography. Attendees will walk away with the ability to create an ad or post using a new photography technique or resource.

In collaboration with Groupon, ICNC celebrates its 50th year by  promoting Chicago small businesses and hosting the Make City Sma ll Business Pitch Event.  The top 5 finalists will pitch their ideas on October 5th in front of a live audience!

Feature Studio - Feature Studio is a community of creative entrepreneurs, photographers, and filmmakers. They connect creators to brands to help them create social content, experiential projects, branded content for channels, and commercial spots, as well as a production studio and creator lab with a gallery and co-working environment.

Taylor Street Soap Co. - Taylor Street Soap is a soap, body, and home product company with natural, made from scratch products ranging from cold process soap, linen spray, lip balm, sugar scrub, whipped soap, and more. Their products can be found on their online shop and at various fine retail stores.
Member Spotlight - Wabash Seafood Co.
John of Wabash Seafood Co. grew up working in seafood with his dad and wanted to get back to that, leading to the creation of their family seafood distribution business in 1989. They offer a wide variety of fresh fish, shellfish, salmon, and much more, while focusing on working with sustainable, eco-friendly companies that work to keep the oceans healthy.
 
Wabash Seafood Co. imports fresh fish and seafood from all corners of the world each day that are hard to find in the area, as well as taking advantage of the fresh water fish available nearby in the Great Lakes. Receive Money Back For Hiring
Receive money back for hiring full-time Chicago residents! ICNC has received funds through TIFWorks 50/50, an employee training reimbursement program issued by the City of Chicago. Applications are currently being accepted. Applicants must be located within the Kinzie Industrial TIF District boundaries. All training must be pre-approved by the City.
