Sales have settled down some for the Summer. This is a seasonal trend that begins each year around May. In whole numbers we are still beating all previous years in history. Most homes are on the market for 85 days however homes with unique features or higher priced homes may stick around a bit. We have our "most popular categories". Those include homes priced under $225,000 and pool homes and RV garage homes of course! 

Some people like to know averages. Our average sale price is $285,000 for a single family home, $84,000 for a Factory Built home and $144,000 for a condo. 

Interest rates just dropped some this week and got under that 4% mark and as of today coming in at 3.93%. This target changes so make sure you lock in your rate with your lender when you are ready to buy.
