Measuring What Matters for Community Health 

All In and 100 Million Healthier Lives are part of a growing national movement of data-driven health collaborations trying to answer a crucial question: "Whose lives are getting better because we are here?" This blog discusses our progress and challenges. 


Webinar: Building Patient-Centered Care Coordination Data Systems

Call for Abstracts

Midwest Forum on Hospitals, Health Systems, and Population Health

The call for abstracts is now open for this regional forum, hosted by four Midwestern public health institutes. The forum is encouraging presentation abstracts that focus on improving data capacity, use, and integration for multi-sector collaborations to improve population health. 


Project Spotlight

Increasing Access to Behavioral Health Screening and Support in Aurora

This BUILD site is working to engage constituents during the first 1,000 days of a child's life - from pregnancy to the child's second birthday - in order to identify barriers and solutions, understand existing policies and develop an action plan for coordinating data collection with primary care practices.

  • 2017 Mayors Challenge Due August 18 -  Sponsored by Bloomberg Philanthropies, this initiative is awarding prizes of up to $5 million to help city leaders develop innovative solutions to urgent problems. 
  • NACCHO Health Impact Assessment GrantsDue September 15  - The Health Impact Project, a collaboration of RWJF and Pew Charitable Trusts, announced a new funding opportunity, which will award at least four, two-year grants of up to $100,000 to advance Health Impact Assessments implementation.
  • AHRQ Implementation & Evaluation of Health IT StrategiesDue September 25 - AHRQ is funding projects that stimulate innovative and collaborative research by utilizing new health IT strategies for collecting and using patient-reported outcome measures in primary care and other ambulatory care settings.
