Student schedules for DPM will be sent on Tuesday, August 15.  Power School will be opened for student and parent access on Thursday, August 17.  If families have not received schedules by August 18, and are unable to access Power School, please contact your school office at that time.

Student schedules for Cherokee, Everett and Sheridan will be sent out by email the week of August 14. If families have not received schedules by August 18, please contact your school office.

School supply packs ordered through the APT-sponsored program before June 10th for school delivery will be available for pick up in your child's classroom on the day of Walk Through. If you have any questions about your School-Pak order, please contact Katie Frekko.

A physical exam recorded on the Certificate of Child Health Examination form must be completed within one year prior to kindergarten, sixth grade, and for new students entering the district from another state or country. All children entering kindergarten, second, and sixth grade are required to have a dental examination. A vision examination is required for all students entering kindergarten or an Illinois public school for the first time. Additional information and health forms can be found on the Health Services page of our website.

Sport Physicals are required each year for students who are participating in any interscholastic or intramural sports at DPM. It is required that the physical examination form be completed before tryouts. Parents and students are also required to review and return a signed copy of the Concussion Information Form if the student will be participating in any interscholastic sports. Bus Routes
District 67 (AM/PM) bus routes and times will be posted prior to the start of school on the Transportation page of the website. Routes are subject to minor time changes due to adding or deleting riders so please check routes often during the first few days of school.

• LFHS Cheerleading Mini-Clinic - August 25th 4:30-8:30 @ West Campus.  All 1st-8th grade participants will learn a routine & perform at halftime of the Varsity Football game. A T-shirt, bow, and pizza are included!
