(Sacramento, CA. - December 6, 2016) Effective January 1, 2017, the law firm of Laxalt & Nomura will provide legal consultation services to Association members. The former legal counsel, for some ten years in Nevada, David Brown, has accepted a judgeship in the Las Vegas Justice Court and can no longer provide legal services.
Laxalt & Nomura represents the litigation interests of a wide variety of clients, including insurance companies and their insureds, product manufacturers, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, retailers, hospitals, automobile dealers, developers, contractors, attorneys, design professionals, real estate professionals, and others.
