ACT Deadline

We strongly encourage students to take the ACT many times their junior and senior year.  Many post-secondary institutions super score ACT results meaning they take the highest subsections of all of the time we take the ACT.
If in February you score one or two points higher in science than you did the last time you did, they look at the highest science score and record this as your official score for science.

The progress suggestions that come with the ACT results to increase the students knowledge and performance to the next level is a great tool to continue the improvement.

You can register now through January 13 for the February 11th ACT test.  All national test dates for the ACT are given right here at Cooper HS.

Any student that has a free/reduced lunch status can take the ACT for free twice not including the state provided ACT test for all juniors in March. Any student with a free/reduced lunch status should stop by the guidance office to pick up a form to receive two free ACT tests.
