We - and YOU - Can End Homelessness!
Join Us on June 14

We are partnering with Long Island University's MPA Program for a policy forum addressing homelessness in New York City on  W ednesday, June 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m at LIU Brooklyn.

Forum topics include: how to attract media attention to cover causes, solutions and stories of homelessness, ways to provide adequate housing for those living in extreme poverty and barriers that undocumented people face while homeless. Leading NYC homeless policy-makers, homeless service providers, advocates, and clients will be joining us for the panels.

CFH's former Executive Director, Bobby Watts will be delivering the keynote address. The forum was named in his honor for his decades of service and leadership in the fight to end homelessness.

Event admission is  FREE and open to the public. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Please join us and contribute to this important conversation.

Please RSVP here.
If you have any questions, please email,  policy@cfhnyc.org.

Please note that the entrance will be on 1 University Plaza between Willoughby Street and Dekalb Avenue. There will be a security gate and from there you will follow the signs to the first floor of the Library Learning Center.

Summer Solstice Success Celebration
In the eyes of a homeless person, what does success look like? Is it securing housing? Is it learning from their healthcare providers that their blood pressure is back to normal, because they followed a healthy lifestyle regimen? Or is it finally being able to provide for their kids on their own? See and hear for yourself on June 20.

We are excited to host our fourth annual Summer Solstice Success Celebration! Care for the Homeless (CFH) will be recognizing the health and housing success of our clients who have overcome incredible obstacles while homeless. The celebration is set for  Tuesday, June 20* , at Broadway Presbyterian, 601 West 114th Street in Manhattan from  4:30  to  6:00 p.m .

2016 Summer Solstice
We will also recognize our caring, dedicated CFH clinicians who work with our clients to achieve health success.

All are welcome and the event is FREE! Free food and musical entertainment will also be provided. Please click  here  to RSVP.

If you have any questions, please email,  policy@cfhnyc.org.

*No, we're not confused about the date of the summer solstice! Due to major event conflicts that CFH is involved in on the real solstice date (June 21), we are holding our event date one day early.
