TFJG Mobile App Launched
The fully-customized, branded smartphone apps have officially launched for Southern Pine, Greenwich Village, The Clarion, Magnolia at Whitlock, Preston Trails, and Springhouse Apartment Homes. The app will strengthen our overall mobile marketing strategy and boost resident engagement at each property. The app makes paying rent, submitting maintenance requests and reserving amenities easy for our residents.

Pancakes & Pajama Party
Southern Pine's holiday "Pancakes and Pajamas" party was a huge hit.
Residents enjoyed coming to the clubhouse in their pajamas and eating breakfast with their neighborhood friends.Even the kids lit up with joy when Santa made an appearance. Together, they baked and decorated holiday cookies in celebration of Christmas.
The party also included gift wrapping stations for residents to wrap gifts for their friends and family. In addition to the holiday party, the site team collected gifts for Toys for Tots.

Caught in the Act
Every year in December, more than 60 businesses, churches, corporations and vendors across the Hampton Roads display an
Angel Tree
for children registered with The Salvation Army. Community members choose to adopt or shop for children in need during the holiday season. Thank you to each team member who helped support four lovely angels this Christmas.
