Diane's Sunday 10 AM Iyengar Class will be cancelled for the rest of December. She will return to her regular schedule in January.

SGY is proud to have on display, for viewing and purchase, beautiful authentic Tantric Thangkas (scrolled art) directly from a Tibetan Monestary in Nepal. Join Donna Gilmartin as she introduces some of our favorite deities and how we can bring them to life in our own lives through these beautiful works of art. Drinks and finger food will be served.
