Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year!!
2017-18 Class Schedules
Class schedules, along with a blank color-coded Weekly Schedule template and information on how to customize the template, were mailed to each student. Families should have received this mailing by the last week of July.

Families should have received a personalized SnapCode email to access online registration and fee payment through InfoSnap. If you need additional information, or did not receive this email, please call (847) 604-7437 or email [email protected] or [email protected].

Student fees must be paid by Tuesday, August 8
in order to attend Textbook and Chromebook Pick Up on August 16 & 17. Students attend book pick-up by grade level at the East Campus of LFHS (1285 McKinley Rd.) at the times listed below.
Families paying fees after Tuesday, August 8
should bring proof of payment to pick up books on August 22 from 8am to 3pm.

Student Schedule Corrections
If there is an error on the class schedule mailed to you, or you are requesting a change, please use the Schedule Correction form. Prior to requesting a correction, it is important to review the list of Closed Courses 17-18.

These classes are already filled to capacity. Schedule Correction forms must be submitted by Thursday, August 3 at 3:00 pm. Any changes we can accommodate, will be reflected in PowerSchool on August 14. Please access PowerSchool via the link at the bottom right of the homepage. PowerSchool passwords were included on your student class schedule. Students are expected to attend the classes that are listed on schedules they receive at Textbook Pick Up.

The regular school year will begin for all students at
8:15 am and end at 3:20 pm on Wednesday, August 23rd. The first week of school is ALL Scout Days.

Wednesday and Thursday

*    Blue and Gold Days (9:00 a.m. - 3:20 p.m.) 80 min. class time with 5 min. passing

  • InfoSnap - During on the online registration process, the health forms are made available for download on the Medical page and Medical Documents page.
  • InfoSnap - Once the online registration process is completed, a parent can log back into InfoSnap and download the health forms from the Submission Confirmation page.

We are excited to announce the merging of our two student sections for all home football games (and other home contests) starting in the Fall of 2017.

LFHS vs. Orr Academy Basketball to be Featured on NBC Sunday Night

LFHS was an organizing sponsor last month of Net Gain 2017, a basketball game and cultural exchange between Chicago's Orr  Academy High School and Lake Forest High School, raising over $30,000 to support Orr Academy.

On Sunday night @ 6:00 p.m., the national "Megyn Kelly Show" on NBC channel 5 will feature a story on Coach Lou Adams and the impact he has on the young men @ Orr. The show is scheduled to feature interviews with Coach Adams, players, and local Rick Telander who wrote the original series on Orr that inspired Net Gain 2017 and the television feature.
