Understanding Others. P articipants go through a series of case studies (written and video) to identify various behaviours, styles and preferences. They then assess which approach to use to  yield the best possible outcome in each situation.

Understanding Performance. Participants explore all elements of performance management including  objective setting, reward and recognition, feedback,  coaching, performance appraisals, development planning and talent management.

Understanding Leadership. Based on the Situation Leadership Model, participants  will learn their natural leadership style, and the importance of being able to "flex" their style based on the developmental level of their direct reports.
