Keith Summer discussed the thought and planning that went into the stylish, new KC Summers building. Large windows and skylights and heated floors were all installed to create a safe and enjoyable environment for the workers. After the tour, we had a Q & A with Keith,Rachel Anderson and Evan Drummond and discussed their backgrounds and career choice. The industry has change so much over the years and you have to be an expert in your field and efficient to make a profit. Topics such as: sales goals, fair trade, product popularity and revenue diversification were discussed. 

Brian Fogarty, State Farm Insurance agent, discussed the many types of insurance that business owners need to secure to minimize risk. He has seen a great deal of change in the insurance industry as they prepare for automated automobiles.

Susan Hanfland of SCH Consulting continued to facilitate the PX2 training. We are learning to visualize our goals and stretch our comfort zone. We will set more specific goals the first week of the New Year. Thank you Susan for helping us.

Sharon is the receptionist at the Lifespan Center and today was her last day. The class gave her a card and the girls took it upon themselves to bring treats to celebrate. She always welcomed the class with a smile and kind word. I've told some of the students to channel their "Sharon" when dealing with people. What a great role model. Enjoy retirement Sharon!
