The Biltmore Hotel - Chef Concierge - Ernesto Aragon

Greetings:

WE DID IT!

What an AMAZING Florida Concierge Conference!

Kudos to Ernesto Aragon and the entire Biltmore team on a memorable conference. From the opening reception on Monday night in the Country Club Ballroom, to our day to day meetings in their state of the art conference center. We could not have planned a better conference. Every year it just keeps better and better.
This year we were honored to have Rolando Aedo of the GMCVB, Roberta Nedry of Hospitality Excellence, and America's First Concierge and Les Clefs d'Or USA founding member, Tom Wolfe of the Fairmont, San Francisco and our founding SFCA president, and former General Secretary for Les Clefs d'Or International, the honorable  Mr. Michael Romei.

The comments keep coming in. All are complementary in nature.

We look forward to posting the pictures and conference related documents on our sfcaonline.com under FCC 2017. For now CLICK HERE check out these cool pictures from the opening reception thanks to our friend and professional photographer, Paula Osorno

A BIG THANK YOU to our presenting sponsor Enterprise Rent a Car. The GMCVB, Miami Auto Museum at Dezer Collection, BIG BUS Miami and Morris Visitor Publications/ Where Miami and our Sponsor Breakfast sponsors.
