Looking to warm up your home this winter?

Home improvements like air sealing, insulation, and double paned windows help keep your home warm with the added benefit of reducing energy bills. These projects and other energy efficient improvements may be financed through PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy). PACE programs allow home owners to tack the cost of a home improvement project onto property tax payments and spread the cost over many years. Learn more about the available PACE programs in Burlingame.
